Job Description:
Letellier Country Market is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Supervisor to help supervise daily grocery store operations. The Retail Sales Supervisor will coordinate store staff, assign duties, assist with scheduling, train employees, monitor inventory and ensure customer service standards are maintained.
Main Duties:
Supervise and coordinate cashiers, sales clerks, shelf stockers and other store staff. Assign duties and prepare work schedules. Train new staff in store procedures, customer service, stocking, cleaning and safety standards. Monitor staff performance and report issues to management. Resolve customer complaints, supply issues and operational concerns. Maintain inventory, order merchandise and ensure shelves are properly stocked. Prepare reports related to sales, staffing, inventory and store operations. Ensure store cleanliness, product rotation, pricing accuracy and customer service standards are followed.
Requirements:
High school education is required. Previous retail, grocery store, customer service or supervisory experience is required or strongly preferred. Ability to supervise staff and communicate clearly. Ability to organize daily tasks, solve problems and work in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be reliable, punctual and willing to work in a rural grocery store environment.
Pay: $21.00 per hour
