Responsibilities

- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items and grooming accessories to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions, and available services
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft
Experience
- Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in hair cutting and styling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining a positive client experience
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus
