AVVENIRE CANADA, located at 8335 Hwy 35, is looking for a pleasant, positive, organized, and creative team member to support our light electric vehicle business. Learn more about us at avvenire.ca.
We sell light electric vehicles, parts, accessories, and related products. This position combines social media, customer service, reception, delivery coordination, and Shopify product updates.
Responsibilities
- Create and post engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other social-media platforms
- Take photos and create simple videos of products, parts, accessories, promotions, customer experiences, and shop activities
- Be comfortable appearing on camera in short product demonstrations, promotional videos, and social-media content when needed
- Write captions, add relevant tags, and help grow our online presence
- Answer phones, greet customers, and respond to basic customer questions professionally
- Assist clients in person, by phone, email, and social media
- Add and update product photos, descriptions, prices, and inventory on Shopify
- Help customers find suitable products, parts, and accessories, referring technical questions to the appropriate team member
- Coordinate and book customer deliveries, pickups, appointments, and product-experience bookings
- Confirm client details and help keep delivery and appointment schedules organized
- Assist with general reception, retail, office, and customer-service tasks
Qualifications
- Pleasant, positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable answering phones and dealing with clients
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other social-media platforms
- Able to create simple photo and video content
- Comfortable and confident being on camera
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage several tasks at once
- Shopify experience is an asset; training can be provided
- Interest or knowledge in e-bikes, e-scooters, light electric vehicles, parts, or accessories is an asset
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
