Knight Inlet Lodge is a 100% Indigenous-owned wilderness lodge located in the heart of the Great Bear Rainforest on the coast of British Columbia.
Guests from around the world travel here for exceptional wildlife experiences, warm hospitality, and an unforgettable guest experience. We are seeking an energetic, adaptable, and guest-focused Hospitality Support Attendant to join our team for the operating season.
This unique position provides relief coverage for both our Front of House Attendant and Guest Services Attendant positions, requiring flexibility, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. This is a two week in, one week out seasonal position.
As a Hospitality Support Attendant, you will play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting multiple areas of lodge operations.
Front of House Dining Room Duties
· Delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests and staff
· Setting up and serving lunch and dinner services
· Assisting with breakfast service and clean-up
· Preparing and serving evening appetizers and bar service
· Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining room and bar areas
· Ensuring beverage, snack, and fruit stations remain fully stocked
· Managing beverage inventories and dinner wine service rotations
· Communicating guest dietary requirements and allergies to the culinary team
· Performing evening lodge shut-down procedures and addressing safety hazards
Guest Services Duties
· Processing guest check-ins and check-outs, including credit card transactions
· Managing gift shop inventory and sales
· Maintaining the appearance of the front desk, guest lounge, and gift shop
· Completing clerical and data entry tasks as assigned
· Creating positive, professional interactions with guests and coworkers

What We're Looking For
· Previous hospitality, food service, hotel, or customer service experience
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
· Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude
· Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Comfortable working in a physically active role
· Basic computer skills and cash handling experience are considered assets
· Serving It Right certification

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
