Company: Anderson Therapy Services
Anderson Therapy Services Inc. (ATS) is currently seeking a full-time Registered or Qualifying Art Therapist for our Mental Health Team as the demand for our services continues to grow. ATS provides Speech-Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Art Therapy, and Behaviour Therapy services where we focus on highlighting strengths to empower the individual to overcome the obstacles that prevent them from achieving their full potential in school and community. Currently, we offer services to the Dundas and surrounding areas, but most of ATS’ clientele stems from contracts with Indigenous communities across Ontario, Nunavut, and Quebec.
Due to the nature of our work, the team at ATS highly values partnership, integrity, compassion, and innovation. We believe in a collaborative approach to providing care. The ATS team works with Northern and Southern clients to provide innovative and personalized therapy services for people of all ages and places across Canada. In addition to the high-quality services we provide, we also use advanced technology to conduct online therapy sessions to reach even the most remote clients. Our proven approach is far from one-size fits all, which is why our team is seeking equally creative and innovative applicants.
At Anderson Therapy Services, employee satisfaction is a top priority. Hence, we foster a collaborative cross-disciplinary work environment with job flexibility and opportunities for career development to ensure our team is supported. Clinicians at ATS can work either remotely (virtual care) or in a hybrid model of virtual and in-clinic service delivery. Clinicians are also invited to participate in trips to the communities with whom they work, to facilitate a stronger connection with the child, family and community. ATS is also dedicated to its team's life-long learning and provides many opportunities for professional development throughout the year to reflect this commitment. If you are passionate about being part of a multidisciplinary team, possess strong critical thinking skills, and are motivated to learn, then this is the job for you.
