Position Overview
Our Inside Account Executives (IAE’s) and Client Account Managers (CAM’s) are the foundation for our success as an organization, and as a Sales Manager, you will provide the structure and support for those on your team, and the company. We are looking for someone who has an insatiable hunger to increase performance year after year and can channel this energy into your team. An effective leader can see the strengths and weaknesses of all team members and understands how to leverage this information to create a cohesive, high functioning team. We need someone who can build a team, coach and lead new and seasoned IAE’s and shatter all assigned company profit goals, other key sales objectives, and celebrate these successes to inspire continued high performance. The Ideal candidate will have an extensive background in both successful Sales and Sales Management within the Channel specifically with VARs. In addition, the candidate would have an in-depth knowledge of the various vendors (i.e. Cisco, Lenovo and Microsoft) and vendor managers for Canada.

The Sales Director is primarily responsible for:
Execute the ZONES Unified Sales System, which will ensure attainment of the vision established in coordination with the respective SVP or VP of Sales is achieved

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

Education:
BA in Business or a related field

Required Experience:
5+ years required of sales experience preferably in an outbound sales environment
5+ years required of sales management experience preferably in an outbound sales environment
Strong understanding of the Canadian Reseller industry and industry channels
Proven track record for the design implementation and success of strategic planning initiatives
Proven track record for meeting financial goals and key sales objectives
Strong values and work ethic
Strong organizational skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong Word Excel and Outlook program skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to work well under pressure
