Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and client specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning appointments within designated timeframes
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during interactions with clients
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
