You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are financially feasible.
This position requires a candidate whos' primary language is English, as they will have to be able to understand and clearly communicate with co-workers and Others while on jobsites.

Expectations:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Analyze blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements, timelines, and potential risks
- Consult with clients, contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to discuss estimates, resolve discrepancies, and adjust costs as needed
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and gather subcontractor and supplier bids to assemble final project pricing
- Use software tools for cost calculation, project scheduling, and financial feasibility analysis, including Excel.
- Track actual costs versus estimates to assess cost-effectiveness and inform future projects
- Maintain directories of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors for efficient project planning
- Present estimates to management to support budgeting, planning, and decision-making
Estimator Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction estimating or project management, 3–5 years
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cost calculation and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, vendors, and project teams
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in computer software for estimating, scheduling, and reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, especially during bid submission deadlines
Working Conditions:
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Mandatory Requirements:
