Role
We're looking to hire a Specialist- Performance Marketing within our Marketing team. The telco industry landscape in Canada is evolving and we are looking for the best-in-class marketers with a winning, start-up and innovative mindset to help oxio pursue its fast growth and continue to be one of the most loved ISPs in Canada. We are looking for a team player who will own our marketing operations with a focus on the customer journey to optimize our conversions from the channel right through to conversion on our website as we test and learn into the winning channel mix to engage and acquire Canadian households in both French and English Canada.
This individual will be responsible for growing our business, including but not limited to managing the development and roll-out of our testing and optimization plans including: channel testing, landing pages, website & check-out flow, and overseeing agencies as required to deliver an increased ROI on our marketing initiatives.
You’ll be joining a team of 7 marketers.
The job and what you’ll need to get it done.
Develop and iterate paid acquisition strategy; continually test and optimize
Manage paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, Bing etc) and related campaigns
Generate actionable insights on channel performance, conversion, etc.
Maintain monthly report data on growth, CAC, etc (Looker Studio, SQL Knowledge a plus)
Lead and develop a marketing operations roadmap to continuously analyze, test, experiment, and optimize everything we do. (With priority on the highest growth, lowest time investment initiatives.)
Optimize each channel, campaign, landing page and the overall customer journey to achieve company growth targets. (+ exp : Tag Manager / Custom JS Script)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Comms, Product, and Customer Care to develop, roll-out and/or optimize our marketing campaigns and product launches to deliver on the company KPIs.
Partner closely with the creative team to develop and deliver the creative needed to launch campaigns on time and on schedule.
Share in full transparency the operations plans and performance, including: success/failures, key learnings, and future plans to ensure alignment and success across the entire business.
Stay ahead of the latest industry trends, MarTech platforms, and technologies to ensure operations are running as efficiently as possible.
Work relentlessly to drive conversions and grow the business.
Assist with monthly forecasts associated with each channels performance (good knowledge of how attribution models work), monthly spend allocation by channel, creative suggestions to deliver optimal growth (on brand), conversion path optimizations.
Lean into the needs of the business and growth opportunities that present themselves at oxio - because the only constant is change!
Experience with landing page tool (Webflow) - UI/UX & Tag Implementation.
️ Qualifications
5-7 years + of experience in digital marketing
Experience growing a digital brand with a strong technical background
Back ground: SEO, SEM, SMM, email (Klaviyo), manage full paid acquisition funnel, retention & referral, strategic
Strong skills in performance marketing at each layer of the funnel
Well rounded team player as you will be the expert in our team
Data-driven, analytical and strategic thinking
Ability to work underpressure in a highly competitive market
