Duties
- Supervise daily food service activities, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
- Lead and motivate staffs to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Oversee cash handling procedures using POS systems.
- Manage restaurant operations and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide training on food safety protocols, proper food handling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment with strong leadership skills
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
- Experience in restaurant management, including overseeing staff schedules, inventory control, and maintaining health standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures; certifications preferred but not required

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
