Progressive Electrical Services is a commercial and light industrial electrical contractor built by a leadership team with a combined 100+ years of industry experience.
While the company is new, the team behind it is not. Each member of our leadership team brings over 20 years of experience delivering commercial projects, and we are focused on building a company that runs efficiently, produces work we’re proud of, and is built on a strong internal culture.

The Role
- Complete detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Build and manage estimates using Accubid and Excel-based systems
- Identify scope gaps, coordination issues, and risk
- Coordinate supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Support project turnover to operations
- Manage multiple tenders while maintaining accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years commercial electrical estimating experience
- Strong understanding of commercial installations and Alberta Electrical Code
- Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organization
