Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for each client
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations and salon standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and processing payments
- Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty accessories through friendly upselling techniques
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions or similar beauty treatments
- Must be certified
- Strong communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain procedures clearly
- Ability to perform detailed work with steady hands and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic retail sales experience and comfort upselling products or services
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance
