Staff Pharmacist
Location: Northern Ontario
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $70-$75 per hour
RPI Consulting Group is currently recruiting for a Full-Time, Permanent Staff Pharmacist opportunity with an established pharmacy in Northern Ontario.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for long-term stability, competitive compensation, and a strong sign-on incentive.
Compensation & Benefits
$70-$75/hour
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 1-year commitment
$30,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment
2-3 weeks of vacation

Position Responsibilities
Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Provide professional pharmacy services and patient counselling
Conduct medication reviews and support patient care
Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy standards and regulations
Support day-to-day pharmacy operations
Maintain a high standard of patient service and medication safety
Pharmacy Details
Approximately 250-300 prescriptions per day
HealthWatch pharmacy software
Community pharmacy environment
Full-time permanent position
Requirements
Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Eligible to practice as a pharmacist in Ontario
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a pharmacy team
Previous community pharmacy experience is an asset
Applicants cannot currently work under a corporation
