Role Overview: Reporting to the Administrative Service Manager, the Administrative Coordinator possesses excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and has a strong team-oriented mindset. Key responsibilities include preparing client files, scheduling time-sensitive matters, and managing various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. This is a new role based out of the GTA.
Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain a high-volume of client files
· Schedule all client appointments and activities
· Ensure confidentiality of all corporate and client information
· Correspond professionally with courts, MTO, agents, clients, and colleagues
· Prepare legal court documents
· Answer incoming calls and inquiries
· Send and receive emails and calls
· Assist prospective and active clients
· Perform data entry tasks
· Invoice clients
· Request necessary documentation from the courts
· Verify agent invoices
· Archive completed files
· Assist with other clerical duties as requested by management
· Comply with all corporate policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills
· Keen attention to detail
· Comprehensive understanding of the POA/HTA/CVOR matters
· Familiar with court processes and procedures
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
