Join the Food & Beverage team at Sparkling Hill Resort and take the next step in your hospitality career!
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager helps lead the daily operations of PeakFine Restaurant and Barrique & Java. This includes overseeing two distinct dining experiences at PeakFine—our complimentary à la carte breakfast and refined evening service—as well as the operations of our coffee shop and wine bar.
This is a hands-on leadership role, with approximately 70% of your time spent on the floor supporting service, guiding the team and engaging with guests, and 30% focused on administrative and operational responsibilities. You will act as second-in-command within the department and lead the operation in the Restaurant Manager’s absence.
At Sparkling Hill Resort, we believe an exceptional hospitality professional is defined as much by their attitude as their experience. We can teach menus, wine knowledge and service systems; what matters most is composure, a strong work ethic, genuine care for guests and a desire to improve.
Previous leadership experience is an asset, but we also welcome candidates who are ready to take the next step in their careers. If you communicate well, lead by example and are willing to learn, we are prepared to invest in your growth.
