Position Overview
Holten Impex is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves a hands-on approach in all aspects of marketing, including strategy development, content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies.
- Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
- Develop and design marketing collateral for showrooms, ensuring visual and messaging consistency.
- Support managers with branding presentations, and promotional materials.
- Align in-store marketing materials with the overall brand strategy.
Social Media:
- Develop, design, and post creative content for Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions on social media platforms.
Advertising:
- Develop and manage digital, TV, and paper advertising campaigns to ensure broad brand visibility.
- Create engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences across various media platforms.
- Coordinate with external vendors and media outlets for ad placements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Company Website:
- Work with web team to ensure content is current and aligned with brand strategy.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Proficiency in website management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO).
- Strong graphic design skills and experience with design software.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in print production.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
