Planters Ridge Winery is a renowned destination in Nova Scotia's wine industry, offering guests an unforgettable experience with exceptional wine and on-site accommodation - The Stay at Planters Ridge. Our luxurious 3-bedroom retreat provides a memorable and relaxing stay for our guests.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Breakfast Service:
-Set up and serve breakfast for guests at The Stay, starting at 8 am
-Check in with guests during breakfast to ensure their needs are met
-Clean up and reset the breakfast area after service
Housekeeping:
-Clean and prepare guest rooms upon check-out (11 am) and before check-in (3 pm)
-Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens
-Maintain cleanliness of communal areas within The Stay, Laundry and storage area
Qualifications:
-Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
-Previous experience in hospitality and housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
-Flexibility to work on weekends and adapt to a changing schedule based on bookings
