WaterLine Plumbing is looking for a friendly and confident Customer Outreach Representative to help promote our business in the community.
This role is similar to customer service and local marketing. You will be going out in public, speaking with homeowners, businesses, and local community members, and introducing them to our plumbing services.
Responsibilities:
- Represent WaterLine Plumbing in a professional and friendly way
- Speak with people in public areas, neighborhoods, local businesses, and community locations
- Explain our plumbing services clearly and confidently
- Hand out flyers, business cards, or promotional materials
- Answer basic questions about the company
- Collect contact information from interested customers when needed
- Help create a positive first impression of our business
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional, and easy to talk to
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Must be comfortable walking, standing, and working in public areas
