What is the opportunity?
You will be responsible for the post-review of chargeback items deposited to client accounts. You will detect fraudulent activity and minimize fraud losses by identifying suspect transactions.
What will you do?
Investigate chargeback items that have been deposited to client accounts and detect fraudulent activity.
Ensure fraud losses are minimized by analyzing and identifying suspect transactions.
Apply appropriate actions and utilize multiple systems and applications to mitigate risk.
What do you need to succeed?
Strong analytical and investigative skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Attention to detail and proven problem-solving and decision making skills.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to effectively handle changing and convergent priorities and activities.
Flexible to work Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, within a 24/7 Fraud Operations work environment.
Branch or Collections experience.
Knowledge of Cheque Fraud and Canadian Payment Association rules & guidelines.
Knowledge of RBC Applications, systems and procedures, including CAMPS, IRIS, Sales Platform and Siebel.
