- Reporting directly to the General Manager and Event Manager, collaborating with our Operations and Sales teams, the Event Coordinator is the primary liaison to our clients and partners.
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Responsible for client requirements
- Answering incoming calls
- Managing & scheduling part-time and temporary staff
- Responding promptly to inquires
- Following up with clients
- Conducting site visits
- Coordinating menus, floor plans, guest lists & suppliers
- Preparing event orders
- Liaising with the service partners
- Basic marketing and social media
- General administration duties
- Preparing Reports
- Supporting management in daily operation

- Diploma or Degree in Event Management/Hospitality/Marketing a bonus but not essential

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
