At Ensemble, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Director to help grow our brand within the travel industry and with travel consumers. Reporting to SVP Marketing, you will be responsible for two aspects of the brand. The first is developing a brand presence within the industry and member. This includes how we elevate our brand to the industry, driving leads for high quality agencies to join our consortia. The second is around B2B engagement of our booking platform. In this role, you'll be stewarding the brand through its growth phase, working with the business to drive a strong impact in shifting perceptions of the brand. This is a data driven role, a growth marketer will have a proven track record to positively influence customer acquisition, customer conversion, retention and customer lifetime value. This person should have experience driving growth across multiple channels (digital, email, events and sponsorship and through social/owned channel), and strategies in fast-growing DTC companies, ideally service-based industries, zero-to-one products or early-stage startups. This person should have a deep understanding of managing a PNL and have growth marketing mindset.
- Develop, execute and track a comprehensive growth marketing plan to achieve revenue goals
- Steward our newly revitalized brand to ensure all customer touchpoints reflect and drive Ensemble's brand value proposition across marketing campaigns, industry events, sponsorship as well as owned channels (website, social media etc.).
- Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to inform your strategies
- Take ownership of our customer acquisition channels to optimize for growth across paid, SEO, email, affiliate marketing, newsletters, influencer and other marketing channels – with an eye to CAC
- Oversee and manage our creative output to ensure it's consistently on brand, and be able to manage creative teams to get the best content quality
- Optimize customer conversion by collaborating with sales and UX/UI teams to identify, test, and implement systematic improvements in messaging, pricing, merchandising, and user experience
- Drive the development of the new websites, working with stakeholders with a focus on lead generation, SEO and customer acquisition
- Assist in developing lead scoring process that generates qualified lead lists for outbound campaigns
- Ensure our customers get to their 'aha' moment quicker, keeping churn low and lifetime value increased
- Working with stakeholders across the business to make sure projects and plans are communicated, tracked and enhanced accordingly
- Have a strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot and other tools to measure and improve CAC, ARR and CLV
- Develop programs to drive traffic to our website. Additionally, leverage partner co-op opportunities to drive additional traffic
- Drive and develop branding of our products and services and create content and collateral to help drive interest in the brand and its services

- 8+ years' experience building brands, marketing plans and teams
- Demonstrable experience of influencing growth
- Background in brand, growth marketing, sponsorship marketing and communications
- Advanced use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc
- Strong understanding of ad metrics. You've run A/B tests, and are comfortable reporting and building dashboards to show CAC, RoAS, etc
- Fluency in CRMs, audience segmentation strategies, and aligning audiences to objectives – and has used HubSpot or something similar.
- Fluency in all social channels including Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok on how to motivate interest in lead generation with strong ROI including A/B testing in paid media
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven expertise in problem solving and multiple project management
- Experience in the B2B and B2C space particularly tech sector and or start up world
- In depth experience developing and executing marketing and event plans
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely, while creating strong working relationships based on trust and confidence across all levels within the organization
- Supremely detail oriented
- Travel industry experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or other relevant post-secondary achievement
