Overview

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite sandwiches and salads
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications using fresh ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation and dining areas
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Restock ingredients and supplies regularly to ensure product availability
- Follow all food safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned, including cleaning and inventory checks
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or ingredients up to 25 pounds
