Job Responsibilities
- Answering salesperson and brokers inquire via phone, emails, BrokerBay, and internal system in a professional and friendly manner.
- Experienced with Lone Wolf & Transaction Desk’s functions, process, and input data to both systems with accurate information.
- Review transaction offers to ensure transaction and offer details are correct and accurate.
- According to transactions received, prepare all paperwork , and send the invoice to corresponding clients, developers, and organizations.
- Organizing both paper and electronic deals files, client information, ensuring all files are easily accessible and organized.
- Dealing with basic accounting matters including prepare reports, charts, and calculate transactions.
Job Requirements:
- A college or a university degree
- Minimum 1-year real-estate deals or accounting experience.
- Extraordinary communication ability in both English and/or Mandarin
- Accounting background is preferred but not required
- Attentive and detailed oriented.
