Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, resilient, and high-energy Financial Services Representative to join our growing business development team. In this role, your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities through generating leads or creating your own team. You will engage with prospective clients, introduce our suite of financial products/services, and qualify leads for yourself. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating your own book of business which can be transferred to next generation.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, call outcomes, and scheduled appointments.
- .Generating leads for your book of business and creating your own team as per your wish.
- Follow all industry regulations and company compliance guidelines during client communications.
- Fully commission based role with 100% uncapped well paid commission for every policy you write.
- Generating multi handed income which grows with time.
- Work on your own pace and time.
- Writing life insurance policies along with TFSA, FHSA, RESP, RRSP programs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice and excellent listening abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience to handle rejection constructively.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex financial concepts or product features in simple terms.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in finance, business, or marketing is a plus.
- Relevant financial licenses or certifications (e.g., LLQP) are an asset but not mandatory.
