About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing manufacturer of precision hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic components supplied to the tool and mold industry. Backed by an established global organization, the Canadian operation offers the opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where every employee plays an important role in delivering high-quality products to customers across North America.
Success in this role is measured just as much by your integrity, attention to detail and commitment to quality as it is by your technical ability.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys solving mechanical challenges, and wants to help build a strong manufacturing team.
Who This Role Is For
This opportunity is ideal for someone who:
- Is mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands.

- Take ownership of product quality by inspecting your own work and raising concerns whenever something appears incorrect or out of specification.
- Support inventory, material receiving and general production activities as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
- Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor and production team to meet customer expectations.

Nice to Have
- Hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic component assembly experience.
- Haas CNC experience.
- Experience with deburring, finishing or light fabrication.
- Inventory or material handling experience.
Why Join?
- $26.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
