Job Summary
Pharmacy Assistant required in North York. Strat as a part-time but will be a full-time later Excellent Remuneration, good working environment, flexible hours and no weekends.
Applicants must have at least 2 years experience in Fillware Pharmacy System, if you do not know how to operate Fillware computer sysytem please do Not apply, have great customer service and communication skills, highly motivated, paying attention to details.

Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and ensure compliance with medical protocols.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and disposing of outdated medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively when interacting with patients and healthcare staff.
- Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a hospital setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and patient care.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all regulatory standards in pharmacy practice.
