We have a Front desk/Housekeeper job opening. Candidate should be able to provide a good guest service and have excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills, strong attention to detail, as well as problem-solving abilities. Willing to be flexible in shifts is essential.
This position is part-time and includes days, evenings, weekends, and also can do laundry cleaning and housekeeping.

Main job duties:

Welcomes guests in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
Answers the phone and book reservations at the front desk.
Promptly checks in or checks out guests, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Provides courteous, prompt, and accurate communications to staff and customers.
Responds to guest inquiries and resolve minor guest complaints.
Follows front desk Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensures organization and cleanliness of the front desk area.
Laundry folding and cleaning.
Clean guest rooms including bathrooms, making beds, dusting and mopping floors.
Maintain laundry room and maidroom organized in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
Work independently and efficiently at times and work in teams.
Observe and adhere to all policies and procedures, work standards and safety regulations.
Be able to work on schedule.
