Oakville Estates Retirement Residence, located Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Dining Room Supervisor to join our growing team.
Dining Room Supervisor
Full Time Days, Evenings and Weekends
As the Dining Room Supervisor, you will oversee meal service and special events, ensure excellent dining experience and maintaining cleanliness in all eating and service areas. You will also coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
- Completion of the food and beverage program would be an asset.
- Courses in hospitality and management or equivalent are preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry,
- Ability to manage employees and resources.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Previous experience with seniors would be an asset.
- Available every other weekend.
