Why is this role important?
Review load information and identify ability to complete by reviewing fleet and carrier availability
Communicate with appropriate parties, ensuring accurate information is shared according to established protocols and systems
Track and trace driver location and goods in transit, communicating to relevant parties
Maintain high personal involvement and accessibility to all parties, ensuring issues are resolved, changes are updated and communicated, and providing insights and analysis
Ensure all systems, both internal and external, are updated as per established timelines
Complete reporting as required
Work schedule will include weekend work
