Responsibilities: As a Counsellor, you will play a vital role in:
- Managing walk-in clients, addressing their requests, and guiding them to the appropriate department.
- Conducting data entry of sensitive information.
- Performing both ink and digital fingerprinting.
- Providing translation services from French to English or vice versa.
- Handling inbound calls and assisting with client inquiries.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and processes, efficiently managing these tasks as needed.
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bilingual proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Intermediate to advanced data entry skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, both vocal and written.
- Knowledge of the criminal justice system is an asset but not mandatory.
