TA Appliances and Barbecues is currently looking for someone to join our dispatch team Full Time. This person will be responsible to discuss with drivers and provide resolutions to issues happening at time of delivery, review customer inquiries post delivery, assist co-workers with booking orders and review future delivery bookings for any possible issues that could cause delay, as well as work with partnered companies to arrange service and install.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Assist with ensuring proper safety standards & store requirements for sites are met for delivery
· Act as a point of contact and communicate to delivery crews and sales personal
· Resolve all delivery issues through proper channels
· Review and Input necessary information onto invoices.
· Respond to customer inquiries and assist with customer issues
· Assisting with deliveries such as exchanges, returns and providing documents for the day to day deliveries

· Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office and Excel Programs
