Registered Nurse needed for a 5 physician family practice clinic in downtown Hamilton. You will work to full scope with a team of highly motivated physicians and allied health care professionals which include a registered dietitian, mental health counselors, psychiatrist and a pharmacist. You will provided clinical assessment and treatment of primary care patients and participate in chronic disease management programs and patient education. Experience with TELUS Practice Solution Software is preferred.
The position is permanent. Ability to cover vacation time is required.
