Bilingual Parts & Marine Counter Sales Associate
Marshland Auto Parts & Marine is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Moncton. If you're passionate about the automotive and marine industries and love helping people find exactly what they need, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a key member of our team, you'll work full-time, weekdays and weekends at our Lewisville Road location. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and expert advice to our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and over the phone.
* Identify and locate parts for a wide range of automotive and marine vehicles using our parts catalog and computer systems.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and debit payments.
* Manage parts inventory by receiving and stocking new shipments and ensuring the sales floor is organized and well-maintained.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide the most accurate information to customers.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction.
