The ideal candidate for this position will be a natural leader who always has a finger on the pulse of current culinary trends. The Sous will be responsible for preparation of foods and leader at off site jobs. The Sous chef will need to have experience catering and adaptable to all job situations while partnering with the Chef to come up with new menus and ideas to grow the business.
