Job Description:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be expected to:
· Organize and maintain safe and effective warehouse environment.
· Arrange accurate inbound and outbound shipments along with appropriate documentation.
· Manage and track inventory levels – tracking using computer system.
· Count, organize and control all inventory related items.
· Conduct annual inventory counts and other semi-annual counts as needed to ensure accurate figures.
· Maintain strong project management skills, including the ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
· Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive material.
· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, mathematical skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.
· Work alongside Project Managers and Service staff to coordinate shipments and material allocations.
· Set out shipments for Service staff and trade pickups.
· Be able to work both individually and as a team with minimum supervision.
· Provide guidance and daily tasks for warehouse coordinators or other laborers.
· Be proficient in Microsoft Office products and Inventory software.
· Be punctual and positive, set a professional tone.
· Demonstrate commitment to the project, client, and the team.
· Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
· Dress presentably in appropriate professional attire.
· Perform such other duties and responsibilities for various operations within our multi-company environment as may be required and/or assigned as part of the Warehouse Managers duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
