THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Store Managers are savvy, inspiring, and passionate. Each Store Manager leads a team of dedicated Danktenders and Inventory Specialists who all work together to cultivate the best customer experience from start to finish. As a Store Manager, you’ll set the pace and the tone to support your team to produce outstanding business results while having fun doing it! You will ensure strong sales performance while fostering and nurturing your team across a variety of roles and departments within the store, including Front of House, Operations and Inventory Management.

THE ROLE
As a Dank Store Manager, you will be directly responsible for:
- Recruitment of top talent to build the brand and profitability
- Performance management of team and build opportunities for mentorship and development
- Oversee all retail operations for a single location
- Consistently incredible customer experience that is friendly, informative and efficient
- Reaching company goals and maintain KPIs including healthy comp growth as established with key business partners
- Execute, coach and lead the customer experience for top-performing sales
- Work closely with your management team to produce business results across the board
- Having a thorough understanding of Cannabis products and related accessories
- Contributing to daily operational demands such as managing duties associated with the day to day care and functioning of the store, and overall operational excellence
- Adhering to all current AGLC guidelines, company policies and standards
- Maintaining a clean, ‘on-brand’ and well merchandised store to support the customer journey

Requirements:
- Completion of training certification through Sell Safe and receipt of the certificate of completion, pursuant to the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act.
- Compliance with the rules and regulations from AGLC, including but not limited to the rules and regulations of AGLC pertaining to the role of Store Manager.
- Receipt of all applicable licenses from AGLC
- Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Police background check will be required as per AGLC requirements
- Preference will be given to budtenders who have worked with Cova and Dutchie
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
