What you are about:
You are a highly motivated individual who is dynamic, has a passion for people and the industry. You are an experienced nurse with with at least two year of experience in Sclerotherapy. You’re enthusiastic, energetic and a team-player with a strong work ethic.
You have an uplifting attitude, a strong sense of self, and is always looking to develop and grow both personally and professionally. You have a deep caring and composed attitude that reflects in your care and treatments. You are obsessed with service excellence. Do you have what it takes?
· Previous experience as a Sclerotherapy nurse (Required)
· RPN or RN (Required)
· Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
· Retail Experience (Beneficial)
· Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
· Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients
- Be compassionate and understanding to facilitate comfortable and calm treatment
- Own responsibility for performing medical aesthetic services on completion of training
- Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post-training
- Maintain service and retail knowledge and provide clients with valuable recommendations and education
- Maintain adequate stock, inventory, and room preparation to provide an effortless flow of patient treatments
- Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs
- Work effectively both independently and in a team
- Possess the eagerness to build and grow a business
- Participate in promotional and educational events
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
- Taking the initiative to ensure the clinic is always looking its best
