We are currently seeking a Physiotherapy Administrator to join our team in St. Albert. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values exceptional patient care, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performing clinic.
About the Role
As a Physiotherapy Administrator, you are the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering a seamless and professional clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling through our EMR system (Juvonno)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Process payments, billing, and insurance coordination
- Support physiotherapists and physicians with administrative needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk environment
- Assist with referral intake and patient flow coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a medical, physiotherapy, or clinic setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with EMRs (Juvonno or similar) is an asset
