Overview
We are seeking a motivated Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every step. Your hands-on and proactive approach will help drive projects forward, from foundational work to finishing touches. Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently across multiple tasks
- Prepare construction sites by performing demolition, clearing debris, and setting up necessary materials and equipment
- Assist with site safety protocols including hazard identification and maintaining a clean work environment
Experience
- Construction experience an asset but not necessary
- Ability to demonstrate good work ethic and a desire to learn
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools an asset
- Experience with sewers and water an asset but not necessary
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in diverse project environments
