FROGBOX is hiring experienced delivery drivers to join our team as Guest Experience Managers (GEMs). If you have experience driving 3-tonne trucks (or larger) and enjoy customer-facing work, we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for calm, dependable people who communicate well and take pride in doing things properly.
*Base pay starts at $22/hr plus tips. Most drivers earn $24+/hr total compensation.
Our GEMs deliver and pick-up our empty Frogboxes and products with the highest degrees of efficiency and customer care. A positive attitude is an absolute must! We’re looking for great people to join our company – people who will step up when needed and be flexible with duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:
Safety - highest levels of caution and care when driving vehicles and transporting FROGBOXes through public and private environments. Ability to lift 40lbs. You’re fit and you care!
Customer service - everything is about the customer. Deliver friendly service with a smile and be flexible - make it work for them. Awesome attitude!
This is an Active, fast-paced role involving driving, lifting, stairs, customer interaction, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Efficiency - always work with systems and processes and strive to improve them. Save time and energy wherever possible. You are responsible and dedicated.
Brand awareness – represent Frogbox professionally in the community and help identify partnership opportunities with movers, realtors, and local businesses.
Driving revenue – bringing a world-class retail environment to the customer. Be a moving supply expert (or willing to become one!)
