Responsibilities:
Perform beautiful blow outs, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services within a designated time frame.
Deliver exceptional customer service
Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups to meet targeted goals
Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities
Work collaboratively and support your teammates
Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Proficient in hair styling techniques and trends
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices in a salon environment
- Ability to effectively upsell products and services
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- bridal hair/updos: 1 year (preferred)
- flat iron use for curls and smoothing hair: 1 year (required)
- curling wand: 1 year (required)
- hair styling: 1 year (required)
- pin set curls: 1 year (required)
Language:
- Fluent English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Hair Stylist Certification from a Canadian Beauty School (required)
