Innovation is an integral part of the global vision of CIMA+, and the Dams and Hydroelectric Installations Department is seeking an experienced candidate who is interested in working on CAD structural design projects and developing new skills related to 3D software. The ideal candidate will develop credibility through the demonstration of design skills, technical expertise and familiarity with specialized CAD software, and will contribute to the enhancement of tools and working methods within the Department.


Create CAD drawings (AutoCAD, Civil3D) for the design and repair of hydroelectric structures and installations;
Develop skills in the areas of 3D design and modeling using a variety of specialized programs (Solidworks, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.);
Take part in project meetings and monitoring;
Visit sites to take measurements and photographs
Assist in investigations, surveying and bathymetric surveying missions (depending on business needs).


Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in civil engineering design or drawing;
Mastery of AutoCAD software (main required skill);
Mastery of Civil 3D software (essential skill);
Familiarity with and mastery of 3D software (Solidworks, Revit, etc.) is an asset;
Experience working with dams and hydroelectric installations is an asset;
Autonomy, sense of initiative and ability to work as part of a team.
