Are you looking to advance your professional career in a meaningful way? Join Orthologie Orthodontics in creating beautiful smiles and building confidence!
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual who loves working with people to join our orthodontic practice as a New Patient Coordinator. This role serves as a treatment coordinator, which is like a sales advisor to help determine the patient's treatment goals, educate the patient on our treatment options, work with patients on a financial arrangement to make treatment affordable, and follow up with patients to help them get started with treatment. This is a sales role in a dental orthodontic office setting.
No previous dental or health care experience needed. All training will be provided!
This position is full-time at 5 days per week. Must be able to work on Saturdays.
Majority of the time will be at our Richmond location (Richmond Orthodontic Centre) but there will be some days working out of our Vancouver location (Orthologie Orthodontics).
About Orthologie Orthodontics: We are a growing and forward thinking orthodontic office that loves Invisalign and other modern digital orthodontic treatment techniques. Our goal is to make our patients happy and provide an excellent work environment for our employees. We are constantly taking courses and learning to incorporate new techniques to provide better treatment for our patients. We are committed to doing whatever it takes to make sure our patients are happy. We are looking for people who are positive, love learning, and are committed to providing an amazing experience of our patients. We are not your normal, traditional office and we are looking people who want to grow, who are not afraid of change, and who want to work in our positive team culture! Culture fit is very important to us!
