Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and technical Web Administrator to manage our online presence. In this hybrid role, you will ensure our website runs seamlessly while elevating our brand through high-quality photography video and engaging graphic design. While supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s web infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Develop, update and optimize digital content across various online platforms
- Monitor website analytics and generate reports to improve user engagement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to web systems and content management.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Assist in the integration of new digital tools and technologies.
- Product / Brand Photography : Plan, shoot and edit high quality photographs of our products for web and social media use. Create and post video content.
- Design compelling web banners, social media graphics, email promos and marketing materials.
- Prepare, format and publish images and media directly to the website.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in web administration, graphic design, video and commercial photography.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies specifically of WordPress and Woo Commerce including SEO.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices related to web systems.'
- Proficiency with DaVinci, Adobe Creative Suite ( photoshop, Ilustrator, InDesign) and digital camera equipment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video capabilities and photography skills required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
