Berg Equipment is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key connection between our service department, technicians, manufacturers, and—most importantly—our customers. You’ll guide clients through the repair and maintenance process, handle warranty administration, and help ensure every customer leaves with confidence in their equipment and our service.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and by email in a professional, timely manner
- Schedule service repairs with customers
- Create and process work orders with accurate documentation of services performed
- Clearly explain completed work, warranty coverage, and repair details to customers
- Prepare invoices and process customer payments
- Review, submit, and track warranty claims with OEMs, ensuring maximum recovery on claims and campaigns
- Stay up to date on manufacturer warranty programs and service campaigns
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computers and data entry
- Previous experience with outdoor power equipment or similar industry knowledge is an asset
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Rotating Saturday availability required
