Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Installer Sub Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical expertise while working on diverse projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, boilers, and related components according to schematics and project specifications
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and site safety protocols
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during projects
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC system installation and repair
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Skilled in ductwork, furnace, heat pumps, air conditioning, in floor heating, and boilers.
- Construction experience with familiarity in building codes and safety procedures
- Knowledge of maintenance practices for HVAC units and related mechanical systems
- Mechanic experience with troubleshooting complex systems efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments

Pay: $0.16-$0.57 per hour
