Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, ensuring that vehicles receive the highest quality of service. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Duties
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on vehicles, ensuring all work meets company standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and any additional recommendations.
- Assist in sales of automotive products and services as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Experience
- Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience in automotive repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
