Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organized person to join our team at Wholesale Grafix. This role will start part-time and transition into full-time as our current front-end lead moves toward retirement. You’ll work alongside her, learn the entire front-end workflow, and eventually take over the position.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Respond to emails and general inquiries
- Create quotes for customers
- Prepare invoices and send statements
- Schedule bookings for installs and service work
- Order inventory and keep supplies organized
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks in the shop
- Printing graphics on our Gerber machine
- Weeding Vinyl
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, friendly, and willing to learn
- Previous admin or receptionist experience is an asset, but not required
- Able to work independently once trained
- Must Have Experience with working with Sage Accounting
Hours & Position Details:
- Starts part-time
- Moves into full-time as training progresses
- On-site position at our shop in Vernon, BC
- Training provided directly by our current front-end lead
