Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity at our Nanaimo site for a Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator to assist the Project Manager and Site Superintendent on large-scale projects and coordinating activities required through all stages of the project. Guide site team in understanding best principles and practices for mechanical and electrical systems.
The wage band for this position is 72,728 - $109,092 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related trade experience
- 5+ years experience in mechanical and electrical construction
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering systems, principles and practices
- Knowledge of construction practices, techniques and industry regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated success in providing value via constructability reviews, identified cost savings, market sensitivity and innovation
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
- Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, reasoning, problem-solving skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
