About the Role
GolfLinks operates a growing portfolio of golf courses across Ontario with 200+ employees across multiple entities. We're looking for a hands-on Payroll Administrator & Bookkeeper to join us in-house and own payroll and bookkeeping across all locations. This is a high-ownership role, you'll be working directly with ownership and managing real complexity from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities in QuickBooks Online
- Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable across all locations
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards across all entities
- Processing full-cycle payroll across 8 company codes in ADP Workforce Now
- Ensuring Ontario ESA compliance
- Coordinating with on-site managers at each location for timesheets and hours
- Flagging discrepancies and maintaining clean, organized records across entities
Hard Requirements — No Exceptions
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (processing, not just viewing)
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
- Nice to Have
- CPB designation or working toward it
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-location payroll
- Familiarity with Lightspeed Golf or similar hospitality POS
- Experience in hospitality, golf, or seasonal workforce environments

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
